Internet Explorer

There's not much you need to do to russify Internet Explorer. Just make sure you get latest version. From version 5 Internet Explorer has been extremely good with Cyrillic letters.  Most of the times it will show Russian text correctly providing that creator of the web page took necessary steps to help Internet Explorer understand which language page is encoded in.  Sometimes poor HTML coding will result page being loaded in the wrong encoding, in this case you will not see anything but strange letters and symbols. These are the steps to change encoding (way text is displayed)

Right Click (with the right button of your mouse) on web page. Avoid right clicking on pictures and links. You will see a context menu popup. Select Encoding and then choose either:

If you don't see those options, go to More >
If page still doesn't show up correctly try other encoding  in the more menu (i.e. UTF-8).
You can also access this if you just click on View menu on to of the Internet Explorer (located next to File and Edit)
