Netscape Communicator

 

Reading russian webpages with Netscape is easy. Instructions are similar to Internet Explorer.  Most of the times it will show Russian text correctly providing that creator of the web page took necessary steps to help Web Browser understand which language page is encoded in.  Sometimes poor HTML coding will result page being loaded in the wrong encoding, in this case you will not see anything but strange letters and symbols. These are the steps to change encoding (way text is displayed)
